Changed Teacher Meng’s matcha frosted cake into a cocoa version. Since I don’t have matcha powder at home, matcha-flavored things are not popular. The final result felt dull and clumsy. The matcha version is still pretty

Prepare materials

Add powdered sugar to butter and mix well with a rubber spatula

Then use a whisk to beat until fluffy

Take out 20 grams and add 1 tsp cocoa powder

Mix well and set aside

Add egg whites

Use a whisk to beat into a smooth paste

Mix low-gluten flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and 1/2 tsp cocoa powder and sift into the batter

Mix into a uniform batter

Put it into a piping bag with a pointed tip

Extrude 6CM long strips into the baking pan

Put the previously made cocoa frosting into another piping bag and cut a small opening at the sharp corner

Extrude horizontal strips on the strips of batter
