Fried beans with egg and shrimp paste
Overview
Shrimp paste is made by adding salt to small shrimps, fermenting them and grinding them into a viscous form. The sauce made from this food tastes very salty. Contains protein, calcium, iron, selenium, vitamin A and other nutrients. The most common ways to eat shrimp paste include steamed shrimp paste with egg, stewed tofu with shrimp paste, etc. One day when I went to a restaurant for dinner, a friend ordered a dish called stir-fried beans with egg and shrimp paste. It tasted quite good. People like me who don’t eat meat dishes can easily accept the temptation of vegetarian dishes.
