Spicy and sour sausage
Overview
The summer is hot and the taste is not very good. Let's try the spicy and sour sausage, which is very appetizing. The sauerkraut used is the traditional kimchi made by my mother. It is truly handmade and has no additives. It has a unique flavor, delicious and healthy!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the washed and boiled pig intestine into small pieces
-
Cut the soaked peppers and beans into small pieces and set aside
-
Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture
-
Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil and heat until 70% hot, add star anise, cinnamon, ginger slices and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant
-
Add in the cut large intestine and stir-fry
-
Stir-fry until the large intestine is slightly brown, add cooking wine to remove the flavor
-
Stir-fry for a few times, then add kimchi and continue to stir-fry. Be sure to use high heat throughout the process
-
Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. You can also add an appropriate amount of bean paste, chili sauce or soybean paste according to your personal taste. Stir-fry for a while, add a bowl of water, add an appropriate amount of salt, cover the pot and simmer for three minutes
-
Reduce the juice over high heat. When the soup is almost reduced (I personally like to leave a little more soup, it is great when mixed with rice). Now add the green onions
-
Add appropriate amount of chicken essence, stir-fry evenly, and it’s ready to go! Hot and sour, the whole family will love it! Who said the weather is too hot and you have no appetite? That’s just because the food isn’t appetizing enough!
