Potato noodles and meat sandwich
Overview
I still have two small potatoes at home, and they will sprout if I don't eat them. I suddenly wanted to make potato noodles with meat sandwich. I checked online and found that someone had already done it. So I boldly innovated and chopped the lean meat into paste, stir-fried it with onions and king oyster mushrooms to make a filling. The family ate it and praised it. The meat is not as greasy as the meat cooked outside, and it is delicious -------

Wash the potatoes, steam them, and mash them into a paste.

Chop the lean meat into meat and rub it, cut the onion into small pieces, cut the king oyster mushroom into small pieces and set aside. Put the mashed potatoes and flour into the bread machine and add yeast. Form each into a dough and let it stand for 1 hour to ferment until doubled in size.

After deflating the dough, divide it into equal portions, let it sit for 20 minutes, and use an electric baking pan to bake the dough. Use a wok to stir-fry the meat until it is eighty-cooked. Add king oyster mushrooms and grape dices and stir-fry until fully cooked. Season well and serve. When eating, use a knife to cut the openings of the mask and put the fillings into the mask to form a meat-filled mask.
