Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove heads and tails from snow peas, wash and set aside.
-
Chop the ginger and garlic and set aside. (There is no need to cut it in half)
-
Cut the bacon well, not too thick.
-
Heat the oil first, put down the bacon, stir-fry for about 5 minutes, then add ginger and garlic. Remove from the pot after 3 minutes. (Due to poor control over the size of the fire, it is easy to burn out the ginger and garlic first, so the bacon should be put first. You can follow mine, of course you can also put the ginger and garlic first.)
-
How long does it take to remove the oil from the meat and remove the snow peas? Add salt immediately after adding the snow peas and stir-fry for about 8 minutes. (If you like it greasy, you can refill the oil and add salt to suit your taste. How long you stir-fry depends on what kind of hardness you like.)
-
Pour the bacon into the pot and stir for 4 minutes. Taste whether it is salty or not. If it is salty, add some MSG.
-
You can start the pot.
