Meat floss bread
Overview
This meat floss bread is a small bread that I promised to make for my mother a long time ago. Due to various reviews and exams, it has been postponed until now. Although it is a bit late, I still fulfilled my promise~ I also made the meat floss myself, which makes me feel more at ease~

-
First make the pork floss: cut the pork into thin slices, peel and slice the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, put 2g of salt and cooking wine into the pot, and add an appropriate amount of water.
-
Bring the water to a boil over high heat and scoop out the foam on the surface.
-
Cover the pot and cook over medium-low heat for about 40 minutes.
-
Take out the cooked meat, let it cool slightly, and tear it into small strips along the texture.
-
Use a rolling pin to fluff it up.
-
Place patted meat into bread bucket.
-
Add 1g of salt, five-spice powder, dark soy sauce, and 5g of white sugar.
-
Just select the [Jam] program in the bread machine and wait.
-
The meat floss is ready.
-
Put the high flour and low flour into the bread barrel and add the remaining 2g of salt.
-
Depending on the water absorbency of the flour, add milk.
-
Start the first dough mixing process. After the program is completed, let the dough rest for 30 minutes to allow the dough to develop.
-
Add yeast and white sugar and start the second process.
-
The film can be pulled out after the procedure.
-
Add softened butter at room temperature.
-
After the third dough kneading process, you can easily pull out the hand mask.
-
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
-
Take out the risen dough and let it deflate.
-
Divide into five small dough balls and rest for 20 minutes.
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into an olive shape.
-
Roll it up from top to bottom, close both sides, and flatten at the end for better bonding.
-
Arrange into an olive shape.
-
Do it all.
-
Place a bowl of hot water in the oven for the second rise.
-
Take out the second risen dough.
-
Brush with egg wash.
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, with upper and lower heat + hot air convection at 180 degrees, for 20 minutes.
-
Let the toasted bread cool slightly and cut it in the middle without cutting off the bottom.
-
Spread a layer of salad dressing in the gaps.
-
Apply a little on both sides too.
-
Put the prepared pork floss into the gap.
-
Also dip a little pork floss on both sides.
