Overview

It has been below zero for the second time since the beginning of winter in Shanghai this year. The weather in supermarkets combined with the sub-zero temperature is simply terrible, so I have been eating with open arms these days, stocking up on some fat to survive the severe cold... This list should be an excellent choice that can satisfy the taste and a little bit of guilt. It was originally named because butter, eggs, sugar and flour all require one pound of weight. With the addition of orange peel and dried fruit, the taste is even more delicious, and I can't stop!

  1. Wash the orange peel and remove the inner white tendons

  9. Add 60g flour (I used whole wheat flour) and 40g oat bran and mix evenly

  10. Add Dafahaode butter and mix evenly with a spatula

  11. Take out the cooked orange peel and chop it into pieces

  15. Heat the middle layer of the oven to 170 degrees for 20 minutes~
