Prepare ingredients

Stir-fry hot

Add chopped mustard seeds and stir-fry over low heat for about a minute

Move it to one side and add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the other side (the oil for this dish should be larger, almost the same as for frying two ordinary dishes)

When the oil is hot, add millet and red pepper diced and stir-fry until fragrant

Add salt (this is a heavy flavor dish)

After the salt is stir-fried, turn to high heat (we used low heat before) and stir-fry the potherb mustard and millet and red pepper together

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce

Turn off the heat, use the remaining heat of the pot to stir-fry and mix well.
