Overview

Today is the beginning of summer. Summer seafood is fat and delicious. For a foodie, summer is such a wonderful season. When entertaining guests at home, I like to make this boiled shrimp dish the most. The fresh prawns are simply processed and then boiled in seasoned water. The cooking is convenient, simple and fast, the nutrients are not lost, and the finished product tastes delicious. Every time guests come to the house, they eat with great joy.

  1. Wash the fresh prawns with salt water and cut off the long whiskers and small sharp corners on both sides of the head

  2. Put water in a pot, add ginger slices, pour in white wine, boil and remove salt

  3. When the water boils again, add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute. When the shrimp turns red, turn off the heat

  4. Remove and cool before serving. Then use small pieces of ginger, cut ginger rice and light soy sauce, and mix it with balsamic vinegar to make a sauce when dipping it into the sauce
