Stir-fried diced pork with edamame rice
Overview
Love this dish so much, so delicious. Edamame is more delicious than meat. When I was at home, as long as my father cooked this dish, I could eat more than half a bowl of rice. The vegetable soup mixed with this dish is also very delicious. If you add some home-made shredded shredded snowy red pork, it will be really satisfying.

Ingredients
Steps
-
After buying edamame at the vegetable market, I peeled the edamame rice. This kind of edamame is fresh enough.
-
Cut green and red pepper into small pieces. Because I still have a green onion at home, I also added it carefully.
-
Cut the meat into cubes, add a little salt, light soy sauce, cornstarch, and pepper, mix well, and marinate for about 5 minutes. Heat the pan with cold oil, put in the diced meat and stir-fry until the meat is 8 minutes cooked, then take it out.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add diced garlic and saute until fragrant, then add edamame and stir-fry over medium heat until edamame changes color.
-
It's probably like this.
-
Heat water and bring to a boil over high heat. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 6 to 10 minutes, until the edamame is soft.
-
Add the diced pork and stir-fry over medium-high heat. Be careful about the moisture in the pot, don't make it too dry. Edamame that is too dry may stick to the pan.
-
Add green and red pepper, stir-fry over high heat for 2 or 3 minutes, then cover and simmer for another 2 or 3 minutes.
-
Reduce heat to low, add appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry, and mix well.

It’s time to eat. This meal can satisfy a big bowl of rice.
