Wash the pork belly, add scallions and blanch in boiling water for a while.

Cut the blanched meat into pieces while it is still hot, and peel the quail eggs.

Add a little oil to heat, add the meat pieces to the pan and stir-fry.

Fry until the surface is golden brown, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, stir the soy sauce evenly and pour in the quail eggs.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and cook for a while. .

Add appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Cover the pot and simmer until the soup is almost dry, add a small amount of green garlic leaves and stir-fry.
