Potato Deviled Eggs
Overview
Every day is Children’s Day~ Because our brothers and sisters live relatively close to each other, we play together on weekends and holidays. So I will often make some unexpected little snacks for our children to make them happy, but sometimes I am too lazy to take pictures.

After the eggs are cooked, soak them in cold water

Cut the potatoes into small pieces and steam them

Add a little salt and mash it with a spoon

Peel the eggs and set aside

Cut the eggs in half, take out the yolks and add them to the mashed potatoes

Add 1 tablespoon of salad dressing and mix well

Grind in a little black pepper and mix well

Fill the egg white with potato and egg yolk salad, smooth it out, and do everything in sequence

Add 2 tablespoons of stock (or boiling water) to the remaining potato and egg yolk salad to make it smoother

Put it into a piping bag

Then just squeeze it on top of the egg whites
