Wash and cut all materials and set aside.

Mix the shredded pork with some light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of starch and marinate.

Sauté all ingredients except kale with a pinch of salt and light soy sauce.

Assemble the fried ingredients.

Boil the rice noodles in boiling water beforehand and filter out the water.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan, add the cabbage and stir-fry briefly. Add a small amount of salt and stir-fry.

Add the rice noodles, 3 tablespoons of oil and a little salt and stir-fry.

Finally add all the ingredients, stir well and turn off the heat.
