Add the salt to the flour and mix well, then cut into small pieces of butter and mix it with your hands.

Put the egg liquid, yeast powder, and brown sugar into a small bowl, stir to dissolve, then mix into the flour, and add chopped dried cranberries, and knead evenly, but you don't need to knead for too long. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.

The next morning, take out, flatten and cut into eight pieces, brush the surface with egg wash, preheat the oven at 185 degrees for 5 minutes, put it in and bake for 15 minutes, until the surface is golden.
