DIY version of baby meat floss
Overview
The version I made does not require grinding in a food processor and is completely stir-fried in a non-stick pan. It is easy to learn and suitable for mothers to make for their babies. There are no additives at all, and there are no aniseed ingredients. The meat floss tastes just like the ones you buy. It’s great, and the taste is no less than what’s sold in supermarkets. The key is that the young man loves it!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove the bones from the pork bones for soup, or cook the lean meat with onions, ginger and garlic
-
Tear the cooked meat thinly along the grain, place it in a bag and roll it thinly with a rolling pin.
-
Use a non-stick pan over low heat to fry the shredded pork until dry. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt in the middle and fry over low heat until dry
-
When the shredded pork is slightly dry, add an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, stir-fry until fragrant and turn off the heat (the appearance will look the same as the ones in the supermarket)
-
Wait for the meat floss in the bowl to cool down before bottling it and eating as you please
-
When bottling, you can put the dry bag in the snack to absorb moisture and maintain the taste.
