Use a food processor to grind Oreo cookies into fine pieces

Add the butter liquid and a small spoonful of honey

Pour into the mold and compact, then refrigerate for half an hour

Add cheese to milk (take a small amount of milk and set it aside to melt the gelatin slices) beat with a whisk until smooth and add powdered sugar

Beat the light cream until it is 70% fluffy, then add the cheese paste in three batches

Heat the milk that you just set aside in the microwave, add gelatin sheets soaked in cold water until the gelatin sheets melt into liquid (I forgot to take a photo of this step), then pour in the batter and mix well

Then add an appropriate amount of Oreo biscuit particles and mix well
