Pan-fried mashed potatoes
Overview
Yesterday, I made this mashed potatoes on Sunday afternoon. Two children came over and they all said it was delicious. In fact, it was really delicious. Onions and black pepper are a perfect match for potatoes. Combining these three things and frying them in oil makes the crispy skin delicious.
