Sweet and sour pork ribs

Prepare king oyster mushrooms.

Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut them into pieces, trimming both ends of each piece into thin points like spareribs.

Add appropriate amount of salt to a plate and marinate for 10 minutes.

Take a small bowl, add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and sugar, mix well and set aside.

Add half of the egg liquid to the pickled king oyster mushrooms and mix well.

Add another two tablespoons of starch and mix well.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the king oyster mushrooms until slightly golden brown.

Fried king oyster mushrooms are served on a plate.

Leave some oil in the pot, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.
