Wash pig’s feet

Put cold water in the pot, put the pig's feet in and bring to a boil, take them out and rinse them with running water

Prepare seasonings: dried chilies, ginger slices, scallions and star anise

Add oil to the pot and add 3: Stir-fry the seasoning until fragrant, add the pig’s feet and stir-fry for a while

Add 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oil, and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Add water to cover the pig's feet, add green onion knots, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for about 60 minutes

When the soup is almost dry, add an appropriate amount of salt
