Choose good eggplants and wash them well;

Peel three heads of garlic;

Fried chili noodles (you can skip it if you don’t like spicy food);

Start steaming eggplant;

Turn off the heat after 8 minutes of steaming, lift the lid, take off the drawer and let it cool;

Open the eggplant and let it cool. Don’t forget to wear gloves, otherwise your hands will be stained;

Chop minced garlic;

Mix minced garlic + fried chili noodles + cooked sesame seeds + salt;

Sprinkle some salt into the eggplant;

Put the prepared ingredients into the eggplant;

Put it in the box, sprinkle some salt on the surface and it’s done!
