I am at home on the weekend, and I will continue to use UKOEO’s HQ-36 steaming and baking smart oven to cook lunch today, and I still use the steamed fish program of the automatic menu!

Clean the mandarin fish

Flower knife on the back of the fish

Add some cooking wine and salt

Add ginger slices and scallions and marinate for 10 minutes

After the water tank is filled with pure water, put it into the machine and select the steamed fish program in the automatic menu. The default is 115 degrees and 15 minutes. The machine is preheated
