It’s a great drink in summer, it’s sour and sweet and very appetizing! All the ingredients were bought at a Chinese medicine store. You can’t use dark plums from the supermarket. I bought them at Tongrentang.

Prepare materials

Except rock sugar, soak other ingredients in cold water for thirty minutes to remove floating ash
