Steamed Egg with Shrimp
Overview
[Steamed Eggs with Shrimps] It tastes good when it comes with ingredients. The seven-day holiday is so fast, it’s over in a blink of an eye. Three days away, one day at home, two days helping my sister run the store, and the last day I could finally sit down. Nami went to dance class and would be picked up later. Haha, I can never take any time off! I haven’t cooked properly for a week. I can almost go back to the original route tomorrow, haha! I have made steamed eggs many times and I never get tired of eating them. This time I used whole shrimps and added colored peppers. It is really delicious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Material diagram. I peeled the shrimps from the frozen shrimps I had at home. After peeling them, I soaked them in salt water, which is very effective in removing the fishy smell. After marinating for a while, take out, drain off the water, add cooking wine and salt.
-
Dice bell peppers and onions.
-
Beat the eggs.
-
Add twice as much hot water as the eggs and stir until the egg mixture is smooth. You can add salt for preliminary seasoning.
-
Divide the egg liquid into a small bowl and sift it. If it does not pass through the sieve, use a small spoon to scoop out the foam. After the water boils, steam for seven minutes.
-
Steamed eggs.
-
Pour oil into the wok.
-
Fry the onions first, then the marinated shrimps.
-
After the shrimp changes color, add the remaining diced onions and bell peppers to the pot.
-
Stir fry briefly and pour in the gravy.
-
Cook briefly and add salt, soy sauce and sugar to taste.
-
Pour the fried shrimps over the steamed eggs and serve.
