Mix all the ingredients (except butter, black sesame seeds, and honey water). Add the liquid slowly and adjust appropriately according to the water absorption of the flour

Put the dough into the bread machine, start the dough mixing process, and knead it into a smooth dough

Add butter and continue kneading

Until the dough reaches the expansion stage

Start the fermentation process and wait for about two hours until doubled in size

Take out the dough and deflate it

Stay still for fifteen minutes

Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them into rounds

Round all the dough and put it into the mold

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and carry out secondary fermentation, about forty minutes

Ferment until doubled

Dissolve honey with warm water

Brush evenly and lightly with honey water

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and preheat the oven to 175 degrees for about 30 minutes
