Chop green and red peppers, cut green beans into 4 cm sections, and slice pork belly

Coat the meat slices with cornstarch and a little oil, put them into the pot and stir-fry for two or three minutes, then assemble

Heat oil in a pan, add green beans and stir-fry until cooked

Add green and red pepper and stir-fry

Add the fried meat slices and stir-fry for a few times. Add appropriate amount of salt and oil and stir-fry evenly (the oil is a bit salty, so you can add less salt)

Once fried, serve on a plate
