Steps
-
First add milk, eggs, water, then salt, put the sugar diagonally, add flour, brown wheat flour, milk powder, and put yeast on top
-
Knead well and add softened butter
-
Knead until expansion stage
-
Carry out basic fermentation and ferment until it doubles in size (just poke the hole with your finger and it will not shrink back)
-
Take out the dough and knead it well. Divide the dough into 9 small portions. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes
-
Take out the bacon and cut it into 3 sections (one strip is relatively long, I used a total of 6 long strips and cut it into 18 sections)
-
Roll out the rested dough into a long piece and put 2 slices of bacon on top
-
Roll it up from top to bottom, pinch the bottom and make a cut in the middle without breaking
-
Turn it over to look like the picture and put it in a bread tray
-
After everything is done, put it into the oven for secondary fermentation. Put a basin of hot water at the bottom of the oven. Brush the surface of the fermented dough with egg wash and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese
-
Preheat the oven in advance, 170 degrees, 25 minutes on the middle rack, and it’s done
