Simple home-cooked food----Vinegar potato shreds
Overview
Speaking of this vinegar-filled potato shreds, it can be regarded as my first introduction to the kitchen. Because I like the soft texture of potatoes, but don’t like the crunchy feeling, I made this refreshing vinegar-based potato shreds to my favorite taste. However, everyone has their own preferences for radish and cabbage, so when cooking, you should be free to use it according to your own taste!
