-
Wash all the ingredients and set aside. Pour 50 grams of vegetable oil into a cold pan, turn on high heat, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry after the oil is 8 layers hot. When the aroma comes out, add chicken pieces and stir-fry.
-
When the chicken pieces are fried until slightly yellow, add 50 grams of rice wine and an appropriate amount of soy sauce, stir-fry over high heat until the soup in the pot dries up.
-
Then add the chili peppers, stir-fry over medium heat, and add an appropriate amount of salt. Stir-fry until the chicken pieces are evenly distributed with the chili peppers. (If you don’t have bad chili peppers, you can buy a bottle of Laoganma chili oil from the Cao market and add the appropriate amount according to your taste).
-
Then add one sliced tomato, two garlic sprouts, and shiitake mushrooms, and continue to stir-fry.
-
When the tomatoes are cooked, add 8000 ml of hot water, appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce. In this way, the fragrant spicy chicken hot pot bottom is ready.
