Steps

  1. Wash all the ingredients and set aside. Pour 50 grams of vegetable oil into a cold pan, turn on high heat, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry after the oil is 8 layers hot. When the aroma comes out, add chicken pieces and stir-fry.

  2. When the chicken pieces are fried until slightly yellow, add 50 grams of rice wine and an appropriate amount of soy sauce, stir-fry over high heat until the soup in the pot dries up.

  3. Then add the chili peppers, stir-fry over medium heat, and add an appropriate amount of salt. Stir-fry until the chicken pieces are evenly distributed with the chili peppers. (If you don’t have bad chili peppers, you can buy a bottle of Laoganma chili oil from the Cao market and add the appropriate amount according to your taste).

  4. Then add one sliced tomato, two garlic sprouts, and shiitake mushrooms, and continue to stir-fry.

  5. When the tomatoes are cooked, add 8000 ml of hot water, appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce. In this way, the fragrant spicy chicken hot pot bottom is ready.

  6. All that's left is to prepare whatever side dishes you like in advance, and then have fun hotpot!
