Overview
Bitter chrysanthemum, also known as bitter greens and lettuce, has antibacterial, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, and eyesight-improving effects. Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and drain the water, mince the ginger and garlic and add boiling water to make ginger and garlic water.
