Cool watermelon juice
Overview
Watermelon is refreshing and thirst-quenching, sweet and juicy. It is a great fruit in mid-summer. It contains a large amount of glucose, malic acid, fructose, protein amino acids, lycopene, and rich vitamin C. Regular consumption of watermelon can prevent and cool down heatstroke, relieve summer heat, stimulate intestinal peristalsis, and promote smooth stools. In the summer, watermelon juice is often squeezed, and the children will get tired of drinking it. Occasionally, try a little trick, and the children will like it more. In the hot summer, have a glass of bright red and icy watermelon juice. Drink it and it will be cool and refreshing
