Oil and vinegar noodles
Overview
A simple family side dish. No need for much seasoning. Very appetizing. It is very refreshing to eat such a bowl of oil and vinegar noodles in spring.

Brush the omelette pan with oil. Crack in two eggs and fry over low heat.

Flip and fry one side until golden brown on both sides.

Let's season the eggs while we fry them. Put all the ingredients into a bowl.

Then boil water in the pot. When the water is boiling, let's put some noodle soup first to evenly combine the flavors of the seasoning and let the pork suet slowly melt.

Add the noodles to the pot of water and stir with chopsticks.

Boil the noodles. Put it in a bowl and add chopped green onions that are a little larger than the poached eggs.
