  1. Wash chicken feet

  6. First turn down the heat, add a spoonful of bean paste, fry until the oil turns red, then add ginger, garlic, star anise and peppercorns over high heat and saute until fragrant

  7. Add chicken feet and stir-fry evenly

  8. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and continue to stir-fry until the chicken feet are colored

  9. Add the stock, level with the chicken feet. Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. (I didn’t have any stock, so I used boiled water)

  10. Simmer until the soup is thick and the juice is reduced over high heat

  11. Put it on the plate, because soy sauce is salty and bean paste is also salty, so I didn’t add salt
