Refrigerate and ferment for 17 to 24 hours. If it does not rise, you can return it to room temperature for half an hour.

After taking out the dough, tap it gently to deflate.

Place into a baking pan and form into a round cake, preheat the oven at 200°C with upper and lower heat.

Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
