1. 1 Have all materials ready.

   

2. 2 Blanch the chicken wings in water.

   

3. 3 Put the chicken wings and all the spices, ginger, and dried chilies into the clay pot

   

4. 4 Put the coke in to cover the chicken wings.

   

5. 5 Add a little cooking wine.

   

6. 6 Add a little soy sauce.

   

7. 7 Squeeze a little lemon juice, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over medium-low heat until the chicken wings are tender, then turn up the heat to collect the juice.
