Orange Bread
Overview
This time I made a recipe with fruit ingredients and added candied orange peel. I was worried that the little one wouldn't like the taste. Unexpectedly, he tasted the most delicious one in the end~ He even praised it and said it was delicious~~ Ingredients: 375g high-gluten flour, 45g fine sugar, 6g salt, 15g milk powder, 46g egg liquid, 212g water, 5g yeast, 30g butter, 75g candied orange peel

Steps
-
Pour the flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, egg liquid and water into the bread barrel in sequence, with the liquid at the bottom and the flour at the top
-
Install the bread bucket into the bread machine and secure it, enter the normal dough kneading program, and set the time to the default 12 minutes. Press "One-click making" to start the program
-
After kneading the dough for about 5 minutes, you can see that all the ingredients have basically formed into a ball. Press the "Pause" button
-
Pour the required yeast into the bread barrel and let the dough rest under the pause function. After 15 minutes, the program will automatically knead the dough according to the previous settings
-
After the dough mixing process is completed, add softened butter
-
After closing the lid, add candied orange peel diced into the fruit box; enter the standard bread program, follow the default settings of medium brown, 900g, and start one-click making
-
After that, the machine operated automatically. When I was sprinkling the fruit ingredients, I heard the sound and came over to take a look. The orange peel dices were quickly kneaded into the dough
-
After two stirrings, it started to enter the secondary fermentation stage; when the dough fermented to the state of more than half of the bucket, I just happened to go out if I had something to do, and then used the mobile phone remote control to pause the program and so on. Then when I felt it was almost done, I started baking with the remote control again. When I got home, it was already out of the pan~

After baking is completed, the program will automatically enter the heat preservation stage~ But if it is convenient, it is better to take it out and let it cool before eating~
