Seaweed soda crackers
Overview
My little master wanted to eat salty biscuits, so I made this seaweed soda biscuit. The chopped seaweed is mixed with the strong fragrance of sesame seeds. It is really unforgettable!

Fully soften the butter at room temperature and add sugar;

Add low-gluten flour;

Mix the butter, flour, and sugar thoroughly with your hands, and knead into coarse grains like corn kernels;

Add white sesame seeds and chopped seaweed to the semolina flour;

Mix semolina, sesame seeds and seaweed, then add egg liquid and knead into a smooth dough;

Roll the dough into 3~4mm pieces, then use a cutter to cut out biscuits;

Transfer the cookies to the baking sheet;

After the oven is preheated, place the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
