Osmanthus honey juice and red dates
Overview
This time I bought a lot of Shanxi red dates, which are great for health care in winter. Shanxi red dates have large and plump fruits, bright red color, thick flesh and small core, fine texture, high sugar content, sweet taste, elasticity, and long-term storage. They are well-known at home and abroad. When boiling red dates, rock sugar is used to cook them. Rock sugar is not easy to get burned. After cooking until the soup is basically dry, the surface of the red dates will be covered with honey and the color will be very beautiful.

Wash the red dates and drain the water

Add red dates and rock sugar into the pot

Pour in the water covering the red dates, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat
