Mahua

Mahua

Overview

The twist method has been changed to a new one. This time it is fried hard twist, which is sweet and salty. It is very close to the ones sold outside. I like it for myself.

  8. I also made some fried peanuts with green onions. It’s best to add the green onions in the first step.

    Mahua step 8
  9. Heat the oil in the pot until it is 20% hot (it will feel slightly hot when you put your hand on the oil). Add the peanut paste and fry for about 10 minutes. Remember to turn it over.

  10. Fry until golden brown.

  11. If you want something sweet, put an appropriate amount of white sugar in a small bowl and add boiling water to dissolve it.

    Mahua step 11
  12. When the twist oil is filtered, brush it all over your body while it's hot. This is sweet twist.

    Mahua step 12
  13. Twist oil filter, it’s all here.

    Mahua step 13
  14. After cooling completely, store in a box. Sweet twists are shiny.
