Wash the pork ribs in running water.

Dice the taro and fry it. Add onion and black bean sauce in a pot, add a little oil and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour into the ribs together with the taro, add pepper, thirteen spices, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and muci powder and mix well.

Place in a steamer to steam until cooked, then serve.
