The yam washes away the loose soil.

Peel and cut into small pieces of about one centimeter.

Boil the water in the pot, pour the yam into the pot, and cook for two minutes after the water boils again.

Remove and drain.

Pour into sugar water to soak and refrigerate for one hour or more.

Dilute the blueberry jam with a little water.

Take out the soaked yams and place on a plate.
