Overview
Prepare tomorrow’s breakfast and learn to make Hanamaki. This time I made it faster! Only the final fermentation is used, no basic fermentation! The time is relatively short!

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add it to the flour

Add appropriate amount of warm water and knead into a smooth dough and rest for 5 minutes

While the dough is resting, chop the green onion, shred the carrot, add some salad oil and mix well

Roll the dough into a 30*20CM rectangular dough

Brush with a little salad oil

Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and shredded carrots

Fold 1/3 of the dough inwards and brush it with oil

Then fold the other side and pinch it tightly

Cut into 2CM pieces

Take 2 pills and stack them together

Use chopsticks to place it in the middle and press it to the bottom

Take out the chopsticks and gently stretch them with your hands to relax them for 3 minutes

Take an agent and twist it in opposite directions with both hands

Put the prepared Hanaki into the steamer and cover it, add warm water to the pot and ferment for 20 minutes

After fermentation is completed, steam over high heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes
