Twice cooked pig ears
Overview
In the words of my husband, this twice-cooked pig ear is a rare side dish for drinking. It has a soft skin and crispy inside. With the spiciness of Hangzhou pepper, it feels so good to drink it with just a sip of beer!

250g cooked braised pig ears, cut into strips

green and red peppers, appropriate amount of onions and garlic

Cut the green and red pepper into small pieces, mince the onion and garlic and set aside

Heat the oil in the pan, add garlic and saute until fragrant

Then add the pig ears and stir-fry

Fry the pig ears until slightly charred and the oil will drain out

Pour in the chopped green and red pepper segments and stir-fry for 1 minute, add a little light soy sauce to taste (note that the amount of light soy sauce is very small, because the pig ears are braised and have a salty taste)

Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and minced chives, then turn off the heat and serve
