Ingredients: kohlrabi, red pepper (washed and cut into shreds), eggs (beaten into a bowl)

Break off the kohlrabi leaves, wash and peel them.

Place on the chopping board and cut into strips, set aside.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine to the eggs.

Beat into egg mixture.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the egg liquid and stir-fry until it forms chunks, then scoop out.

Then, add the chopped kohlrabi and red pepper in the oil from the scrambled eggs and stir-fry until cooked.
