Prepare the sago and rinse it with cold water.

Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, pour in the sago and bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Wash off the mucus with cold water.

Boil water again.

Add sago again and cook for 10 minutes.

After turning off the heat, simmer for 15 minutes and take out the sago.

Pour into a cup and set aside.

Heat the pot over low heat and stir-fry the tea leaves and sugar.

Stir fry evenly.

Stir up caramel color.

Pour in the milk quickly, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Remove the tea leaves.

Pour the brewed milk tea into the cup containing sago.

When eating, just stir it evenly and it tastes great.
