Stir-fried organic cauliflower with green pepper

A very simple and very common dish. I usually like to make meals without any meat dishes. I just stir-fry the vegetables, add some water to cook them, and add some salt to taste. Isn’t it too monotonous? But the whole family likes this way of eating. Well, it’s a good thing that the taste is not too strong...

Prepare cauliflower and green peppers.

Clean the cauliflower and cut into small florets.

Pick and wash the green peppers and cut into chunks.

Peel the garlic and cut into slices.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the wok and heat it up.

Add garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Add the cauliflower and stir-fry for a while.

Add green peppers and stir-fry together.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for a while until the cauliflower is cooked.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste and turn to high heat to reduce the juice.
