Stir-fried green beans
Overview
Generally, stir-fried green beans are fried in oil. I think this consumes a lot of oil, and the green beans are not easy to cook, so I improved the method at home. I cooked the green beans with water until they are half-cooked, and then deep-fried them. The taste is just as good
