Fried eggplant with tomatoes
Overview
It’s been a long time since I started cooking at home. The eggplants I bought turned from tender to old, and the skin became hard and hard to eat. So I had to peel them and cook them. Fortunately, the tomatoes in the refrigerator are still very fresh. Let’s pair them with each other and have a fried double eggplant!
