Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove the roots from the spinach and wash it.
-
Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil, blanch the spinach, and remove from the cold water when it turns green.
-
Cut the blanched spinach into quarters.
-
Rinse the clams, put them in a pot, and add an appropriate amount of salt and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. The authentic way to eat it is to use hairy clams (that is, hairy clams). Since I didn’t buy any, I used yellow clams instead.
-
After the water is boiled, the yellow clams will open their shells, take out the clam meat and wash it. (Note: Because yellow clams have a lot of sand, each clam must be opened and washed repeatedly)
-
Add appropriate amount of minced garlic, salt, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and mustard oil to the bowl (mustard oil is the finishing touch, the amount depends on the individual, it is best to add a little, so that the dish can have a unique flavor)
-
Pour the prepared sauce onto the prepared ingredients and stir evenly.
