Wash amaranth

Boil water in a small pot. When the water boils, add amaranth. When the juice turns red, take out the amaranth. Put the water into a bottle and set aside

Knead the noodles with amaranth water and add a spoonful of salt

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then roll it into a large sheet. The color will be the same as the pink panel, haha

Put corn flour on the dough sheet

Roll up both ends facing each other
