Stir-fried Pork with Pig Ears and Beans
Overview
I bought pig ear beans in the supermarket and kept them in the refrigerator without making time to eat them. I fried them tonight. Although they were not as green as the fresh pig ear beans in summer, they still tasted good.

Remove the tendons from pig ears and beans, wash them, and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes

Take it out and soak it in clean water for a while

Cut the pig ears and beans into strips

Slice pork and chop green onions

Heat oil in a pan

Add in the meat slices and stir-fry

Add green onion, light soy sauce, and pepper powder and continue stir-frying

Add the beans and stir-fry, add salt

Add a small amount of water and simmer for a while

Turn off the heat without adding chicken essence to the soup
